Maybe my tastes have changed as I've gotten older but about the only shows I watch on a semi-regular basis are Anthony Bourdain and Andrew Zimmern. It has a Dr. Seuss/Alice in Wonderland vibe that not everyone likes. I've heard a lot of good things about Mad Men, and would definitely give that a watch. LOST... well, to be honest, it's just like Prison Break; was a great show, but has just been dragged on and on and strayed so far from what was originally intended all for the sake of profit that it's just a big conglomerate of garbage now.
